Hydraulics, diesel, electrical, and mechanical – one contract, one call, one unified team.
All works carried out by qualified, highly experienced senior engineers. No unsupervised apprentices.
Full work documentation, diagnostic service logs, and safety compliance reporting for audit trails.
100% Kiwi-owned with full local fleet. Proudly serving Auckland's industrial and manufacturing zones.
Review our recently completed engineering works, ranging from heavy hydraulic overhauls to critical marine drydock refits across Greater Auckland.

A massive 450-tonne forming press suffered from severe cylinder bypass and pressure drops, halving factory production output.

Dual-rudder hydraulic steering on a 300-passenger catamaran ferry showed feedback chatter, posing an immediate sea-worthiness risk.

Frequent switchboard faults on the packaging line due to thermal stress and aging breakers, causing random line shutdowns.

A fleet of three 40-tonne yellow plant excavators reached 15,000 operational hours with severe power loss, black smoke emissions, and hydraulic oil thermal spike.
The questions Auckland facility managers, fleet operators and vessel owners ask us most often.
We cover Greater Auckland, with a full local fleet. That includes the main industrial and manufacturing zones – Otahuhu, Wiri, East Tamaki, Penrose, Onehunga, Mount Wellington, Highbrook, Manukau, Rosebank and Albany – as well as the downtown waterfront for marine work.
Yes. We run 24/7 on-call response across Greater Auckland with a target 2-hour response time. Our vehicles operate as mobile workshops stocked with parts, so most breakdowns can be dealt with on the first visit. For immediate dispatch, call 09 281 4053.
Yes – that is the core of how we work. Rather than coordinating four separate contractors, you hold one contract, call one number, and deal with one unified team across all six of our service disciplines. One invoice, one point of accountability.
All work is carried out by qualified, highly experienced senior engineers. We do not send unsupervised apprentices to site. Our team is 8 senior engineers: 2 senior hydraulics engineers, 2 fitter and turners, 2 mechanical diesel engineers, and 2 electrical engineers.
A service and maintenance contract is planned work: fixed monthly or quarterly servicing, a dedicated engineer assigned to your site, full service reporting and asset history, preferential parts pricing, and priority response ahead of non-contract clients.
On-call emergency support is unplanned: 24/7 call-out for hydraulic, diesel, electrical and mechanical faults, with transparent call-out and labour rates. Most clients use both.
Yes. We provide full work documentation, diagnostic service logs and safety compliance reporting suitable for audit trails – which matters for manufacturing and food processing sites operating under regular inspection.
Yes. Marine hydraulics is one of our six disciplines, covering commercial vessels, passenger ferries and superyachts – steering systems, stabilisers, deck cranes and winch gear, including service, overhaul and repair.
Yes. We service excavators and heavy yellow plant across both hydraulics and diesel – including in-frame engine overhauls, piston pump servicing, spool valve recalibration, and hose manufacture and fitting. We also handle scheduled and breakdown servicing for diesel truck fleets.
We supply, manufacture and fit hoses and spares ourselves, which is usually faster than sourcing separately. Contract clients receive preferential parts pricing and priority supply.
